When “Good Enough” Isn’t Good Enough
You may have reached a point where factory-made models no longer do justice to the ships that inspired you. They may look impressive from a distance. But up close, details are missing. Proportions feel off. Lighting is inconsistent. Corners are cut.
For someone who knows these ships inside and out, those flaws stand out immediately.
You do not want something that merely resembles the Enterprise. You want something faithful. Accurate. Worth displaying.
Not a toy. Not a shortcut. A centerpiece.

Built With Respect for the Original Vision
Every commission begins with research. Original references are studied. Design details are examined closely. The goal is not simply to build a ship. It is to honor the artists and designers who brought it to life.
From meticulous fabrication and lighting work to careful finishing and testing, each stage is handled with precision and patience. No rushed builds. No mass production. No “close enough.”
Only museum-quality work meant to stand up to close inspection.
A Clear, Collaborative Process From Start to Finish
Commissioning a custom model should feel exciting, not uncertain. From the first conversation to final delivery, the process is structured, transparent, and collaborative. You are never left guessing what is happening or where things stand. Trust is built through clarity and proof.
Start the Conversation
Start by reviewing our past builds and submitting a commission request outlining your ship and overall vision that you are trying to achieve. During the consultation, we discuss scale, features, timeline, and estimated cost range so you understand exactly what to expect. You leave that conversation with clarity and confidence, not uncertainty.
Research & Preparation
Once direction is confirmed, detailed research begins. Original references are studied, materials are selected, and kits are modified or custom components are fabricated as needed. Every decision is made with screen accuracy in mind before final assembly begins. Precision starts long before paint touches the surface.
Build, Review & Delivery
As the model takes shape, you receive regular progress updates. Lighting is tested, surfaces are refined, and details are carefully applied. At key stages, your input is welcome to ensure the build reflects your vision. The finished model is then inspected, tested, and delivered as a true centerpiece built to withstand close inspection.
What It’s Like to See It in Person
Louis’ Models built an extremely high quality Enterprise model which is now the centrepiece of my collection. Connor exceeded my expectations with a build that was screen accurate, extremely detailed and of very high quality workmanship. The process went smoothly and included frequent regular updates (and videos!) 11 out of 10!

The level of detail he puts into his work and the amount of time he takes to make sure you get exactly what you want is on another level.
